General terms and conditions
You can shop in our online store without registration. However, in order to be able to offer you quality services and deliver the ordered goods, we need to know your personal data. Some of them have the nature of personal data in the sense of the applicable legislation. We follow it when using your data, protect it from misuse and guarantee you that we will never provide your contact details or information about your purchases to a third party.
By completing and submitting an order in our store, you consent to the collection and use of information about you and your purchases according to the conditions below.
When shopping, it is necessary to provide the following information about yourself:
Private persons:
- first and last name, exact address including country (or the address to be
stated on the invoice),
- Your email address (used to communicate with you),
- optional additional addresses (if you wish to deliver the shipment to a
different address than the billing address),
- phone number (for more prompt contact with you),
- the number of your bank account in the form of IBAN, from which you will
pay the advance invoice.
Companies and entrepreneurs:
- business name and exact billing address,
- ID number, VAT number, or VAT,
- name and surname of the contact person
- Your email address (used to communicate with you),
- optional additional addresses (if you wish to deliver the shipment to a
different address than the billing address),
- phone number (for more prompt contact with you),
- the number of your bank account in the form of IBAN, from which you will
pay the advance invoice.
The method of ordering goods, processing and delivering the order
When browsing the online catalog of offered products, click the mouse on the image of the basket to add the selected goods to your shopping basket. You will then be able to decide whether you want to close the purchase or continue shopping.
After your confirmation of the order, you will receive a return confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. The confirmation will include the total amount to be paid, including postage and packaging.
We will then verify your order by phone and send you an advance invoice within 48 hours of receiving the order. After full payment to our account, we will enter the products ordered by you into production. Since it is mostly manual work, the deadline for sending the goods is normally 14-21 days from the date of payment of your advance invoice.
Prices of goods
The prices listed in our online store are valid at the time of ordering the goods and include VAT. The proof of sale is the invoice, which is attached to each shipment, and which also serves as a delivery and warranty certificate. Postage will be added to the price of the goods.
Method of delivery of goods
We send the goods by the services of Slovak Post, a. with. or a transport courier in the form of a parcel shipment. We will inform you about the dispatch of the package by e-mail and/or by telephone.
Payment method
Transfer order or deposit to our bank account based on the issued advance invoice.
Postage and other charges
For orders UP TO EUR 500 within the delivery address in the territory of the Slovak Republic, we charge a one-time fee for postage and packaging in the amount of EUR 10.
For orders OVER EUR 500 within the delivery address in the territory of the Slovak Republic, postage and packaging is FREE.
When ordering from abroad, we calculate the postage individually according to the weight of the shipment and the country to which we are sending the shipment, and we will inform you about its amount in advance.
Obligations of the seller
All goods sold are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months, which begins on the day the customer receives the goods.
We are responsible for:
- type and quantity of goods in the purchase price and under the payment terms that apply at the time the order is sent.
- goods that comply with standards, regulations and regulations valid on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
- goods that will be suitably packed to avoid damage during transport.
We are not responsible for:
- delayed delivery of goods caused by the post office.
- delayed delivery of goods caused by an incorrectly stated address of the recipient.
- damage to the package caused by the post office.
- possible non-delivery of goods that occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer (supplier) as a result of any restriction or cancellation of distribution rights or other unforeseeable obstacles.
Obligations of the buyer
The buyer undertakes:
- to pay the purchase price for the goods in the amount and in accordance with the payment conditions valid on the day the order was sent.
- take over the ordered goods, check that the packaging is intact and, in the event of any defects, notify us immediately and document them in a suitable form.
Goods complaint
The warranty period for goods purchased in our online store based on civil law relations is 24 months by default. The warranty period starts from the day the buyer takes over the goods. If you want to complain about the purchased goods, please contact us in advance. After agreeing with us, please send the claimed goods to the address of the company's headquarters. Please do not send the goods to us by cash on delivery. Attach a copy of the tax document that we sent you with the goods and a copy of the delivery confirmation from the delivery person to the package.
After receiving the claimed goods, we will contact you immediately by e- mail or telephone and we will agree with you on a quick resolution of the claim. If the claim is accepted, we will, according to your decision, exchange the claimed goods piece for piece, or provide another one of your choice (up to the value of the claimed goods), and we will also bear the costs of returning it and delivering new goods, or you have the right to withdraw from the contract and in such case We will refund your money. The complaint will be dealt with in the shortest possible time, but no later than within 30 days from the application of the complaint and receipt of the claimed goods. You will be informed about the result of the claim immediately after the end of the claim procedure by e-mail, and the claim protocol will be delivered to you together with the goods.
The warranty does not apply to errors and damages caused: in connection with normal wear and tear, the actions of the buyer or a third party after the buyer has taken over the goods, unprofessional, careless handling, excessive load, mechanical damage or wear, use of the goods contrary to any instructions or purpose of use or non-compliance rules of use, maintenance or storage, natural disasters, unprofessional or incorrect assembly or installation or storage.
